Class Reservation & Cancellation Policy for Adult Classes

Reservations for single classes open 8 days in advance. (ie. Learn, Play, Power, Rolla Dance Advanced, Tuesday workshops)

We require 12 hours notice for cancellation of registration in classes. 

Unlimited members who cancel a spot in a member class after the 12-hour deadline will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. No shows will be charged $25.

Restricted memberships (Class, Punchcard) will lose the class credit if spot is cancelled after the 12-hour deadline.

Exceptions are listed in the COVID-19 policy.

Kids, Youth and Teens Programs – Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for Kids, Youth and Teens Programs are non-refundable. 

The cancellation deadline for Term Programs is 2 weeks prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations received before the deadline will not be charged any program fees (excluding the non-refundable registration fee). Cancellations received after the deadline will be required to pay the first month’s program fee only. 

Cancellations received after the start of the program will be subject to payment in full for the full term fees. 

Intro to Rolla Class Policy 

Cancellation of Intro to Rolla classes requires 48 hours’ notice.

Late class cancels for Intro to Rolla will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. No shows will be charged at the rate of the missed session.

Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds on classes, drop-ins, programs or memberships. All online store sales are non-refundable and only valid for programs listed.

Workshops or Progressive Classes require 7 days notice before the start date for cancellation. We are unable to offer refunds/credits on missed classes during Workshops and/or Progressives.

Event tickets and/or rentals sold through Rolla Skate Club are non-refundable and are not transferable.

Memberships Policy – Adult Memberships 

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All memberships have a fixed term of use for classes. Class credits will expire at the end of the membership term.

Membership Cancellation – Adult Memberships

Memberships are auto-renewing month to month and may be cancelled at any time with 14 days notice prior to billing and/or cancellation date. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com to cancel. Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively or refunded after billing has been processed.

Membership Changes – Adult Memberships

Membership change requests will be processed up until the billing date. There are no fees for upgrading or downgrading a membership. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Membership Pauses – Adult Memberships

Rolla Memberships can be put on pause up to 3 months per calendar year. We require 14 days notice prior to the pause date and/or billing date for pauses.  A pause must be a minimum of 1 month per instance, up to a maximum of 3 months per year cumulative. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com if you need to put your membership on pause.  There is a $25 admin charge for pauses and any extension to pauses. 

Pauses due to Injury – Adult Memberships
Memberships can be paused due to injury with receipt of a doctors note or an Rolla Injury report. Please contact hello@rollaskateclub.com if you are injured and need to pause your membership. Memberships can be paused due to injury for up to 6 months.

No classes or courses are permitted on a paused membership.
